- I immigrated to New York City from my native Piemonte region of Italy when I was a child. Growing up in Greenwich Village, I was influenced by the local artists and started painting as a teenager. I formally studied at New York University and the Fashion Institute of Technology. I work in a variety of media including oil, acrylic, watercolor, and pastels.
